We accept drives from all over the world. If you have any questions please give us a call. Follow the steps below for detailed instructions on starting the recovery process. Local clients’ must call to schedule an appointment to drop off the drives. We will call you after receiving the drives and completing the diagnostics with the results and a firm quote to proceed.

  1. Carefully remove each drive from the server and label them in the correct order.
  2. Prepare a box for shipping your drives.  The drives should be wrapped in bubble wrap and inserted in an antistatic sleeve (if available) so no further damage arises from shipping and handling.  The drives should be packed tight so they don’t bang around in the box.

    Once printed, fill it out carefully then sign and date the bottom.
    Include this form in the shipping box along with the diagnostic fee of $106.00 per drive
    , which can be made out to Tri-State Data Recovery in the form of a check, money order, or by using the Paypal payment option on the side of the screen
